How to determine if a Job Posting is a SCAM

Don't get fooled with scammers posting Job Openings at JobsBank or any other Job Posting Sites in the Internet. I will tell the common signs of a Fake Job Openings.

1. Salary is too good to be TRUE - That is a red flag. Scammers often post salary offerings that will make your mouth salivating to get it.

2. Employer Email address is using yahoo, google, aol, live. etc.. - That is a very big NO NO especially if employer is located overseas or abroad. SCAMMERS can not communicate with you using the email address of the company they are trying to represent because they definitely don't have access to the company's email system.

Here in the Philippines, there are a lot of companies wherein they don’t give any benefits. In the law, this is already an offense. In this article, I’ll be discussing about the must have benefits for employees.

We have two kinds of employees: the contractual employees and the regular employees. Contractual employees are basically those who just work in a short period of time. Contractual employees are usually employed from 3 months to 6 months. Regular employees from the name itself are employees which are already hired by the company for the long run.
