Job Details



Location: BGC, Taguig

Salary: P 50,000 - 80,000 (Negotiable)

Schedule: Day Shift

Requirements:

- Native Korean living in the Philippines or Filipino fluent in Korean Language

- Fluent in English

- College Graduate is preferred

- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required

-Must be willing to work in Taguig City

Roles:

- Coordinate with Korean account managers and executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to open new opportunities for new business

- Organize, verify and sort sales lead information into the website

- Represent the company in different business/social gatherings and meetings

- Promote the company to new business opportunities

- Handle escalations from Korean clients or customers

- Develop existing or new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails,   appointment setting and video creation.)
