Position:             Customer Service Healthcare - US

Location:            Alabang

Salary:                Negotiable

Level of Interaction:

·         Provide customer service to consumer and health care professionals.

·          Nature of consumer contacts can range from simple enquiries about availability of client’s pharma products, to ingredient information, to adverse events experienced by our consumer after using client’s pharma products

Job Requirements:

·         High school graduate, but highly prefers candidates with medical-related degrees.

·         Good computer navigation skills; comfortable in using CRM tools & capturing/documenting detailed information.

·         Good in English communication.

·         Willing to work in Alabang.
