Responsibilities:
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Benefits:
HMO since day 1
Quarterly Bonus of P 3, 000 – 10, 000
13th month pay
Bilingual Retention Bonus every December – equivalent to 1 month salary

Regularization after 3 months
20%-70% Discount to any 2 stars - 5 stars Hotels Globally


Responsibilities:
• Handle Business to Business (B2B) customer Service
• Respond client via calls, emails and chat messages
• Knows travel packages and hotel rates to respond client inquiry
• Promote 2 stars to 5 stars hotel global hotel rooms to potential client
• Provide quotations to potential client

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
• At least JLPT N1 or N2 for locals
• Must be fluent in English
At least high school graduate in Japan
• Experience to same industry is a big advantage
