FLEET SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male, 25 to 40 years old
• BS Mechanical Engineering graduate or equivalent
• With at least 2 years working experience in similar position
• Good in oral & written communications
• Must be able to plan, organize and direct the work of skilled, semi-skilled & unskilled employees engaged in repair & Maintenance of vehicles & equipment
• Able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy & speed
• Able to creat effective working relationship with employees

Skills:

• Knows basic computer applications
• Knowledgeable of Dept.of Transportation Rules & Regulations.
• Knowledgeable in methods, techniques and procedures involved in maintenance, repairs and replacement specifically in Tractor Head and Closed Van engine.
• With considerable knowledge of safety practices and techniques in mechanics: diesel and gas engine mechanics; vehicle make-up and the parts and supplies required.
