Our client is Nic's Gourmet Dessert, Inc. It sarted as a commissary established by Maggie and Rina Go in 2001. The company primarily provides desserts and breads to coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, hospitals and food chains at wholesale prices. We are in need of Commissary Operations Manager. The main responsibility of this position is to motivate and give direction to commissary personnel in developing and maintaining quality-based production; day to day production operations with regard to food safety, quality and cost objectives; perpetually assess and adjust strategies, systems, procedures, capabilities, equipment, facilities and peopel to continuously enhance safety, production, service, quality and profitability. The following are the qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of BS Logistics/supply Chain Management, BS Food Technology or other related course; must have at least two (2) years of working experience in the food industry preferably bakeshop; a team leader with good communicationskills; can work in a fast-driven environment; willing to be assigned in Sampaloc, Manila where the commissary is located.
