Java – 19 positions Requirement: • Minimum 3 years working experience in Java Web Application Development using the related technologies. • Experience developing web applications using object oriented programming language a Must (ie Java, Visual Basic, PHP etc) • Experience with HTML standards, HTML 5, CSS, Javascript etc. a Must. • Experience with database driven applications (SQL) a Must. • Knowledge of applications/tools such as Eclipse IDE, WebLogic Application Server and Oracle Database would be advantageous. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: • Perform functional analysis, application design, development, unit testing and support. • Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SOX and company policies. • Responsible for designing and developing highly scalable enterprise web application with complex business rules. • Collaborate closely with project managers and functional manager to discuss project requirements, schedule and issues in different timezone. • Communicate regularly with senior and executive management on matters concerning development issues and roll-outs. • Ensure consistently high quality delivery of projects. • Prepare and maintain updated documentation. Software Quality Assurance (SQA Engineer) – 18 positions • QA working experience in testing web-based applications, web infrastructure (content management, portal, translation management, etc.), and/or business applications (ERP / Sales / Distribution / Costing / Pricing are preferred) • Experience with Software testing methodologies, processes, and techniques • Experience using HP Quality Center • Experience working with Oracle databases. • 2 year of working experience in testing, supporting or developing web-based applications (e.g. portal) or business applications (ERP/Sales/Distribution/Pricing) PL/SQL – 15 positions Responsibilities • Convert Oracle 6i reports to Oracle BI Publisher reports. • Design, develop and enhance reports using Oracle BI Publisher based on functional specification and requirements. • Design and develop Seagate enterprise business applications on Oracle development environment and tools • Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SOX and company policies. • Collaborate closely with project managers and functional manager to discuss project requirements, schedule and issues in different timezone. • Communicate regularly with senior and executive management on matters concerning development issues and roll-outs. • Ensure consistently high quality delivery of projects. • Prepare and maintain updated documentation. Requirements : • Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or Information Technology. • 2-4 years experience in Oracle development environment • Must have development experience using any reporting tools preferably Oracle BI Publisher and SQL or PL/SQL • Knowledge of Oracle Applications 11i e-Business Suite application architecture, data model and business processes is a plus • Experience with Unix Shell Scripting and creation of Oracle database packages, stored procedures and functions is a plus • Knowledge of Oracle ERP API, OAF, Harvest Source Control and HP QC would be advantageous. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
