Qualification requirements:

Educational Background: Graduate of BS COMMERCE OR ANY RELATED COURSE

Personal Details: 
Gender: female 
Age: 23-27 years old
Civil Status: PREFERABLY SINGLE

Qualities: 
 With pleasing personality
 Possesses good work ethics and work values
 Can work under minimum supervision
 Possesses good interpersonal and administrative skills

Work History/Background:
 Has at least 2 year experience in BOOK KEEPING
 Knowledgeable in PROCESSING GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS
 Knowledgeable in basic computer skills, like MS Word and Excel
 Can efficiently manage workflow under minimal supervision

Job Description:
 Answer phone calls and queries
 Record daily sales of agents and office accounts
 Monitor Non-Com sales per agent
 Check in-coming/out-going stocks when OIC is not on duty.
 Receive payment from walk –in clients
 Record daily sales on books and account envelopes
 Monitor account receivables and ageing accounts
 Post payments on account envelopes
 Process SSS, BIR, Philhealth payments
 Reconcile daily sales remittance with cashier
