FINANCE AND HR ASSISTANT

(CPA – Ortigas, Pasig City)

 

Job Requirements:

ü  Degree of Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience

ü  CPA license

ü  Excellent command of English, oral and written

ü  Good personality, able to communicate proficiently and effectively with all levels. Able to work with a team

ü  Good knowledge of Philippines accounting standards, tax regulations, and company law.

 

Responsibilities:

Reports to: Finance & HR Manager

1. Accounting (20%)

ü  Overall in charge of accounting transactions (receipt, payment, billing and expenditure). Ensure proper accounting and timely reporting.

ü  Maintain and reconcile full set of accounts (General Ledger).

ü  Prepare requirements for external audit, tax audit and other statutory and internal audit.

ü  Work with Manager to ensure that effective control processes are in place.

2. Treasury (20%)

ü  Overall in charge of treasury transactions (check preparation, fund transfers, cashier and coordination with the banks).

ü  Prepare and monitor cash flow.

ü  Work with Manager to ensure the Group’s Treasury policies are adhered to and effectively executed.

3. Tax (20%)

ü  Prepare tax computation, filling, payment, reconciliation and recording (Income tax, VAT, Withholding taxes, DST, Fringe Benefit Tax, Registration fee).

ü  Prepare and submit all tax requirements.

4. Reporting (10%)

ü  Prepare and submit all Group financial reporting requirements (management accounts, treasury reporting and other adhoc reports that may be requested).

ü  Prepare Annual Statutory Financial Statement.

ü  Work with Manager to ensure the financial accounting and statutory reporting are correct and compliant with the Group and statutory standards.

5. Joint Venture (10%)

ü  Work with Manager to assist in joint venture finance matters

6.  Human Resources (20%)

ü  Work with Manager to assist in HR administrative matters.

 

SALARY RANGE: P40, 000 to P50, 000

WORK LOCATIONS: Ortigas

WORKSCHED:Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
