OPERATIONS MANAGER for a Multinational (US Based) Manufacturing firm in Ortigas > Between 35 - 45 years old. > Must be able demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written): fluent both in English and Filipino, concise and clear speech, exceptional listening and interpersonal skills. > Demonstrated success leading and developing teams. > With at least 5 years of in depth experience in Operations Management, manufacturing and logistics > Preferably with bachelor's degree in either Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Some units in MBA or with a masteral degree programis an advantage. > With good financial understanding and experience, preferably from a multinational company with subsidiaries > With outstanding computer skills and analytical skills. > Experience in sales or in providing marketing or sales supoost is an advantage. > Main Office in Cainta, Rizal Interested applicants may send their resume at careers
