Position: Japanese Help Desk Support-Quezon City (Bilingual Account)

Requirements:

Non-native Japanese
Can speak, read and write Japanese
JLPT N1, N2 or N3 level
With good communication English skills
At least a Senior High school Graduate or College undergraduate
Customer Service experience is an advantage
Willing to work in Quezon City

Responsibilities:

Provides answers and technical support to clients by isolating and identifying problems
Provides phone and in-person support to users for various systems
Ensures backup, recovery, and data restoration from workstations for customers during upgrades
Perform internal system maintenance activity
Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned under supervisor’s instruction
