Position:              Customer Service Representatives - Retail Account       

Location:             Ortigas, Pasig City

Salary:                  Negotiable         

Schedule:            Graveyard Shift, Shifting including Holidays and Weekends                         

Industry:             Call Center/IT-Enabled Services/BPO

Job Descriptions:

-          Receive calls from customer in order to provide answers to their inquiries.

-          Handle complaints and provide information and solutions based on client’s needs.

Qualifications:

-          At least 6 months experience within the BPO setting

-          Preferably with retail account experience

-          Willing to work on Graveyard shift, shifting schedules (holidays and weekends)

-          Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
