Responsibilities:

·         Handles Customer’s concern (voice and non-voice)

·         Daily check the customer’s record

·         Knowing the needs of the customer and provides solution as soon as possible.

Requirements                       

·         Must be a Native Korean

·         Must be proficient in English language

·         At least High school Graduate

·         Knowledgeable in Microsoft Tool and Internet

·         Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
