Position:         Urgent Hiring!!! For Technical Support for JavaScript

Located:          Makati City

Schedule:        Shifting

Salary:            P20, 000 - 25,000 (Negotiable)

Job description:

• Providing customers time and expert advice
• Providing the support for the questions, issues and common tasks.
• Ability to use written and verbal communication to help educate our customers
• Giving technical support for other inquiries with speed and precise.
• Can escalate cases to the next stage of support as needed

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have minimum of 6 months - 2 years of experience in a customer-focused, support environment
• Excellent communication and relationship skills; able to professionally communicate technical information to people of varying technical knowledge
• Proven the track record of driving change focused on improving the customer experience
• Can follow the knowledge articles, and have an extreme level of focus to detail
• The ability to learn by self and can prioritize conflicting task .
• Bilingual and Multilingual language fluency is a plus
• Have a knowledge with JavaScript, HTML, and XML is a plus
• Can work in flexible schedule
